DESCRIPTION: 1940's Hickey Freeman Stoocks Men's Patch Pocket Sports Jacket. What a pedigree label. Hickey Freeman always with the best in men's clothing, and Stroocks known for their stunning woolens. I love elegant vintage men's clothing and this definitely qualifies. Soft taupe and ivory wool herringbone. Jacket has 3 buttons, 3 patch pockets, slightly exaggerated shoulder line with pads. Top stitching, Single vent. Partially lined....Skeleton lining This is a true vintage classic in beautiful condition. A great piece to add to your collection. CONDITION: Overall excellent condition. Presents beautifully. It has some very minor spots and stains, and the collar has a pale yellowing on the inside...which does not show. There is also a tiny repair at the bottom edge...in photos. Lining excellent except for underarm stains. This does not go through to the outside. Stains on sleeves at wrist. SIZE: Chest 44", sleeve length from outside 25-1/2", length 32" (from top collar at back). PLEASE ALWAYS USE MEASUREMENTS....all sizes differ a bit, and might have been altered. PLEASE NOTE: We do not clean most of our vintage clothing, and recommend that you either wash or have them dry cleaned. Any issues we believe will be problematic we mention.
