Inkwell Figural Gnome Silver Plate And Crystal

I like this inkwell! It’s just so cute I can’t stop looking at him. This little Gnome (I think he’s a Gnome?)Seems to be digging for his pot of gold under the big crystal boulder .Anyway that’s my story & I’m sticking to it! Silver plated inkstand ,with a crystal inkwell in a diamond shape .Very nice casting with lots of detail .It dates from the art nouveau era 1885-1915.There is no makers mark .It is somewhat tarnished , just the way I found it ,it would polish up nicely.
