	Incredible hand chased and repousse sterling wine holder by Jacobi & Jenkins. This great company was active in Baltimore, MD from 1879- 1908. The craftsmanship of this piece is extremely fine. The repousse foliate design includes gorgeous detailed ferns on both sides. This fine piece measures 4 1/2" in diameter and is 1 5/8" tall. It has a very elegant monogram in the center (see photo). Weight is 6 ounces. Marks on bottom are "Sterling" with the Jacobi & Jenkins mark above it. Also marked with the retailer, "J.E. Caldwell & Co.". Circa 1900. Excellent condition.
