	Japanese Imari Charger, Antique Porcelain, Pottery: Export Porcelain: Antique Japanese Charger
	An Outstanding, Early, Japanese Porcelain Imari Charger, Circa 1835 to 1840. Painted in Shades of Cobalt Blue, Iron-Red and Rust-orange, in patterns of Exaggerated and stylized Flowers, gathered in loose bouquets, with roundels of Dark Jade Green decorated with twisted and contorted Phoenix. Beautiful Gilt accents throughout. The Back of the Charger is Finely decorated with Oriental Water Lillie's and rambling vines in shades of Blue and Orange. the foot rim is decorated in a squared "Box" design, almost like a "Greek key" both rare and beautiful.
