	Japanese Temple Wood Carving 19c Antiques: Architectural
	A highly carved Japanese Temple wood carving, circa 1890. This Temple wood carving scene is of a Japanese Samurai riding on horseback being perused by a demon. Deeply carved the depth is 6 inches at the widest point. The wood is almost black and most likely indigenous Japanese wood. The back looks to have Japanese writing, see images. Measurements are 32" x 37" x 6" deep. Please see images for larger views.
