	This is a stunning winter mountain landscape by the very talented and well listed Laszlo Neogardy (1861-1942). Neogrady was the son of the great watercolorist and teacher, Antal Neogrady, Lazlo studied under Ede Ballo at the Academy of Fine Arts in Hungary. He worked primarily in oil and is noted for his naturalistic landscapes and beautiful portraits. Neogrady paintings are widely sought after on both sides of the Atlantic and his work can be found in Davenport's and other art reference books. His paintings sell for 10,000 dollars or more at the retail level. Provenance: A Midwest U.S. auction.
