	Liberty Style Art Nouveau Pewter Inkwell Antiques: Silver & Metalware
	Exquisite Liberty style pewter Inkwell. Very Art Nouveau with unusual curvilinear design. 2 Inkwells. Ornamented with dainty Buttercups, and whiplash curve stems. I love the natural look of the top of the inkwells with its 4 bumps...they have almost a toad stool quality to them. The pewter surface has a satiny quality to it. I do not believe this was ever highly polished. This piece is unsigned. The Liberty attribution is based on its style. C O N D I T I O N: Excellent antique condition. Inkwells missing liners.
