Overall   8.5 of 10 in excellent condition with some light signs of use.

Shape  is keeping well.

Leather show only very light use with only few light surface scratches. Very light black pen mark on the outside leather (nothing serious)

Edges have hardly any signs of use and look fantastic.

Inside show some use but overall looks clean. The open slip in pocket is lightly sticky-nothing serious.

Hardware is nice and shiny and in perfect working order.

Smell  Item comes from smoke and odor free environment

Extra comments: This agenda shows very little use with light scratches and lightly sticky parts inside the pocket . Overall, I am confident new owner will be very happy
