Marble Pedestal Early 19th Century

Nice 19th century carved marble pedistal.More of a putty or dark eggshell base color with rich gray veining throughout. The form is very classical .The condition is good having only quite a bit of chips under the top surface at the neck & for some reason this is quite common on pedistals.This pedestal is assembled in sections as it should be .It measures 42 ¼” high x 10” square top .
