	A three-footed melon ribbed Nippon bowl dated early 1900s. The bowl depicts a dragon decoration and beaded top. Signed on underside "Hand painted Nippon" circling a picture of a pagoda. In the book collector’s Encyclopedia of Nippon Porcelain on page 76 there are examples of this exact dragon design which reads – Traditional gray moriage dragon: many different Nippon models have been decorated with the gray moriage dragon. Condition: Very good to excellent. Measurements: 6-1/4" height
