Pair of French Floral Needlepoint Pillows with Velveteen Backs and Buillion Fringe

These beautiful French handmade needlepoint pillows depict stems of red roses with their foliage. The foliate background is in shades of greens, tans, browns, pinks and creams. The roses are deep reds, light red, pinks, and creams.  There are small sprays of blue and pale blue flowers in the corners.  The backs are covered in tan velveteen and each pillow is bordered in tan bullion. These colorful French needlepoint pillows will accent any color scheme having similar colors. Excellent Condition – Last Half 1900’s.
