Pair of Italian Silver Leafed Urn Shaped Candlestick Holders H=16

Very Good Condition – Late 20th C. – Backs are painted grey

These parcel silver leafed Italian candlesticks are in the shape of urns with handles on a pedestal base and plinth.  Their ornamentation has swags of rope and a central tassel with c-scroll handles.  The tin bobeches have a pricket for the candle.  The backs are grey, mimicking the method church candlesticks were often done.
