Antique French Silver Plate Tripod Candlesticks with Silver over Bronze Feet – Good Antique Condition – Losses to plating in areas, minor dents – Late 1800’s or earlier

This beautiful pair of antique French silver plate tripod candlesticks has ornamentation of shells, acanthus leaves, berried ribbons tying stalks of leaves and what appears to be wheat.  The feet are silver over bronze.  The pricket for the candle rests in a deep removable bobeche. These French silverplate candlesticks will grace any table.
