Superb and Rare. Approx. 6 inch tall Minature pitchers or ewers with beautifully painted scenes. Ormolu spouts, handles and bases. Ovoid form enamel with exquisite painted scene of a couple in 18th C dress. Backs are also painted with scenes of ruins and a distant castle.....Landscapes with trees. Rare to find a pair. One is just a bit larger though quite usual since these items were one of a kind made. Enamel most probably over copper Lovely condition see no chips or cracks to enamel and the colors are quite strong. These are great examples of Viennese era
