	Finely crafted 800 Silver engraved and reticulated bowl by Lazarus Posen. The top 1 1/4" of this bowl has fine engraving and openwork featuring griffins and wreaths. The interior has its original gilding. Bowl measures 6 1/4" in diameter and is 2 1/2" in height. The base is marked with a half moon, a crown, "800", and "Posen". There is another mark I believe to be an Austrian import mark that was used 1901-1921. Lazarus Posen operated in Frankfurt from 1870-1930. Bowl is in excellent condition.
