Rare Hermes Rouge Sac Mallette Handbag

This rare Hermes Sac Mallette is in very good vintage condition.  The exterior features beautiful rouge red box calfskin leather trimmed with the signature gold Hermes hardware.  The top compartment opens through two slide latches and a push button closure that reveals a red leather interior with 3 side slit pockets.  There is a small stain (appx 1.5'') on the base of the interior underneath one of the slit pockets (see photo) due to a spill that cannot be cleaned or concealed but does NOT affect the overall beauty and rarity of this bag.  The bottom compartment opens through two lift latch closures that reveal a gorgeous red velvet interior.  This classic doctor bag style is rarely seen in this large travel size and is perfect for any occasion.  This amazing piece will surely be a wardrobe staple for the rest of your life.
