	Rare 19th century Parian sculpture. This sculpture is entitled Isaac & Rebekah and it is artist signed W Beattie. You can find this information in the book Parian Phenomena page 192 plate 635 – There is not much else to say about this sculpture. As you can see for your self it is so well defined the detail is impeccable. Facial expressions and accessories like the hat, cane and toes of Isaac and Rebekah are all extremely well defined. It is in pure pure gorgeous white and feels exactly like silk. It is entitled on the front Isaac and Rebekah. It is in absolutely magnificent condition except for one little thing – Isaac’s back foot is missing and has been missing for a very long time. I feel that that could be easily restored and well worth doing. Parian sculptures of this nature are extremely rare to find these days. It is of monumental proportions and as an added plus; there is a stereo view card of this sculpture that I came across entitled American Views which will come with this sculpture. This Parian sculpture is part of the Carrara line.
	Measurements: 20 ¼" at highest x approximately 14 ½" at widest x 11" at deepest.
