Romantic Vintage Ruffly Sheer Organdy Bedspread

Romantic Ruffly vintage organdy bedspread.  A sensational look and a true vintage classic.  Probably dates to the early to mid 20th century.

~Sheer white cotton organdy.

~Large ruffled flounces on the sides and at the foot board which are trimmed in smaller ruffles.

~Small ruffled trim sets off the center of the spread, and the two insets running down either side.

~We used creamy white under the spread, but any color will work. I think this is quite a special piece.

CONDITION: Very good condition.....repair on side ruffle, see photo. 

SIZE:    Intended for a double size mattress. We show it on a queen size, which works fine.

~Length 90" plus 21" flounce = 111",

~Width 94"....the width is 52 " across center section.....plus 21" ruffle on either side
