A 1915 to 1920's painted Sarouk with a fine tight weave and full pile. Sarouks are among the most luxurious classically derived, room-sized Persian carpets. This antique Sarouk has an overall traditional pattern of a angular floral shaped center medallion and borders in reds, corals, blues and ivory. The quality and condition is excellent, pile in excellent condition does have minor wear. Overall measures Very large approx. 9'x12'.
