The figurines are of a peasant couple with autumn harvest baskets brimming with rich purple grapes in fine early soft paste porcelain. A simply elegant and rare pair of 12" figurines with exceptional detail and fine hand painting. The bases are marked with the Double L SEVRES mark in blue, click on images for enlarged views.
