Ships Poker Table Inlaid

Ships Poker Table. This is quite the unique nautical item. Actually it is no doubt used on a ship or ocean liner in the gaming room. It is a very nice table in a very unique design it has a handkerchief folded top that lifts out for 4 people to sit and play cards. It has  a felt lined top, With indentations for your coins on each corner, the wood is very unique being a mix of elaborate and interesting veneers. I believe some of the veneers are ebony ,zelkova and satin wood. It is on a square pedestal base that is quite stable in a very architectural design it has one long door that opens to reveal a shelf compartment and two small drawers the door and the drawers have what appears to be a whale ivory knobs. The surface condition is very excellent being rich and warm and the surface appears to be original. I should say that this table would be a unique and useful addition anywhere. Especially if you’re a gamer and have antique furnishing this would be truly awesome. It is very stable and sturdy and seriously attractive almost looking ultra modern in a sense.
