A pair of Bouraine silvered bronze fighting Pheasants, roosters with ivory beaks, mounted onto a black marble base, each marked on the underside, "France" and maker's mark, each bird approx. 12"L, overall the mounted pair measures approx. 27" x 4" x 8-1/2"H. The name "Bouraine" is etched into the marble base. Condition: Light surface scuffs, tarnish, marble base has a small flake at one corner. One ivory beak has been re-attached with adhesive.
