	Silver repousse bowl made by Hamilton & Diesinger.This oval serving bowl is truly unbelievable. The dimension is so fine the flowers seem to be piled onto each other. Just as elegant as can be & so impressive. In Dorothy Rainwater’s Encyclopedia of Silver it states that this company Hamilton & Diesigner were makers & retailers of Sterling & silverplate,in Philadelphia in 1895.The partnership was dissolved in 1899 when Hamilton’s interest was bought out by Diesigner.I think the most beautiful silver always comes from Philadelphia This oval serving bowl is in excellent condition & it weighs a very heavy 20.6oz .Measuring 12 ¾” Long x 9”Wide x 2 ½” high.
