Valentino Vintage Black Velvet Gown & Removable Peplum Size Us 8

A vintage Valentino gown fashioned from a contrast of textures- black silk velvet and black crepe, styled with a strapless neckline and fitted bodice. There is also an optional peplum wast adornment of quilted black satin with a bow to the front, which sits at the waist or can be used on the shoulders as shown in the last image. The gown is boned to the bodice for support, with an exquisitely constructed lining. There is a side slit which rises to about knee length. In excellent condition. Labeled a vintage size US 10, which in present day is more like a US 8, since vintage sizing runs small and is out of date.
