Victorian Blue Glass Lantern

Blue glass of an unusual hue is accented by bright brass in this Victorian hanging lantern.  The bottom of the piece slides down on a chain mechanism to allow for easy changing of the light bulb, as this chandelier has been converted to electricity.  The top of the glass is banded in cut brass resembling a crown and then topped in the original smoke guard.

A lovely hall or landing fixture.
