	This Victorian, Enamel, Ruby and Emerald Pendant-Brooch is Wonderful!! It is from the mid 1800's. It is European, either French or Hungarian. It is a Baroque" design. There are 4 differant colors of Enamel. It is 19 Kt. Gold. It isn't marked, but tested 19 Kt.. It is in very good Antique condition. The center stone is a .20 ct. Emerald. The other 3 stones are Rubies, at .20 pts. each, making total caret weight of Precious stones, .80 pts. The Enamel is in good condition, but there is some crazing , that is so small, you need a loop to see it. The Brooch-Pendant, is 45 mm. in Dia. and can be worn as a Pendant, a brooch, and on a ribbon, in your hair, or at the waist. This was a rare and expensive piece of jewelry, when it was made. It is a one of a kind, special made by a Master Goldsmith, for a very wealthy woman. Only a few people could have afforded this piece of jewelry, and only a handful of Goldsmiths, knew how to do this Enamel work. A Prize for a Baroque" jewelry Collector.
