The customer will be contacted prior to shipping if a clock is found not to be fully functional, if so stated in the listing, as defined above.

Additionally, due to the nature of vintage clocks and our inability to control the clock's placement or treatment in the customer's home we cannot warrant the the future functionality of the clock after delivery and set-up in the customer's home.
