Vntg C1900 Beaded Purse *oak Leaves And Acorns * Amazing

DESCRIPTION:  I think this is an amazing vintage beaded purse or handbag.  The colors, style, work and of course the motif, make this a wonderful addition for your collection.  

The motif is Oak Leaves and Acorns...a huge favorite of mine! and really quite unusual.  The body of the bag is radiating pie shapes from the center Oak leaves and metallic gold beaded acorns.  The body beads appear to be sort of opalescent, or a very very pale gray blue. The Oak leaves are grass green and forest green.   Looped fringe is a deep forest green.  Accented with dark brown beads.

The frame is quite unusual.  It is embossed silver (could not find any mark)that has oval faceted shapes,  washed with an antique tone. The ovals are surrounded with small faceted shapes, the center of the frame is a round shape surrounded by smaller faceted rounds. They all pick up the light beautifully.  It has a push clasp on the top.  Nice double strand chain.

CONDITION: Overall excellent condition.  Lining has no splits or stains (amazing).  Frame has a couple of dents (very tiny), but presents beautifully.....show in photo  Beaded body in beautiful vintage condition.  We show a couple of spots that appear to be more from knots, than actual issues.  They are not at all noticeable.  

SIZE: approx 7" wide (not including fringe).  9-1/2" long including fringe...with chain it is approx 13-1/2" long.
